every  activity of  delivering  quality products and  services by  adopting innovative,  best-in-class engineering  and management system practices,  as part  of  our efforts to  enhance  customers’ satisfaction,  timely  completion of  projects  and reducing customers’ complaints.

This commitment is demonstrated through the implementation and maintenance of the QMS  so that it supports our products & services’ quality & provides a framework for setting up quality & business objectives, while also supporting health, safety & environmental standards and also by employing a risk-based thinking approach in all our processes to enhance customers’ satisfaction

The Quality policy & objectives shall be reviewed at least annually and wherever the need arises for continuing suitability and continual improvement of the system to ensure our products & services meet and exceed current and future company & interested parties’ expectations The Quality policy is made available to relevant interested parties through placement in strategic areas in the workplace, company pro?le and the company website
